- Threaded shaft 3/4", Total shaft length 1 1/16". Works with dials up to 11/16" thick

- Shaft diameter is 1/4". Make your shaft hole at least 3/8"
- Metal hanger not included with this kit. Hands are light metal. Can be cut with any household scissors.
This long shaft High Torque Quartz Clock Motor has a total shaft length of 1 1/16", but a threaded shaft length of 3/4", therefore, we suggest that the thickness of your dial or clock's face cannot be more than 11/16" so there will be enough space to screw the nut unto the shaft to hold your dial/face in place. If you need shorter shafts then visit our other listings. we have 1/4" and 1/2" shafts. This kit includes a black metal hour and minute hands (no second hand) that are longer than the average hands. The hands have a lovely Big Ben clock design, very light metal, and comes with a plastic protection film that you peel off. Also comes with an instruction sheet. Requires one AA battery to operate (not included). Now you can make that large clock with this high torque quartz motor (ultra quiet) and 8-3/4" metal balanced hands. This is a continuous motion high torque movement, no stepping/advancing of gears, super quiet. This motor is strong enough to push longer hands, works with our hands up to 14" long. Those of you with keen hearing will greatly appreciate it's quietness. MINUTE HAND LENGTH: 12" in total length and from the shaft hole it is 8 /34".
