Sarah is a smart, attractive girl in her 20s. She has everything going for her, but she can't seem to work up the nerve to go out on her own and tackle the world. Instead, she complains about a lack of jobs and is content to just live with her mother until the perfect opportunity comes along. Her mother, however, wants her little girl to move on and make a life for herself. Supporting her grown daughter has prevented her from retiring early and following her own passions, but nothing she has tried has worked. Sarah has simply failed to launch.
One day, Sarah finds out she has been offered a job that seems perfect. It's not too far away and she can still live at home. Things take a turn, however, when she signs the employment papers only to find she has just admitted herself to a non-conventional therapy program. In this program, girls and boys like Sarah was taken back to infancy and taught the necessary life skills to leave home and carve out of a piece of the American dream. Sarah soon finds herself being forced into diapers and punished for not following the rules. The program is set to last many months, but she is determined to end it much sooner.
