1.The actual receivable range may highly dependents on your distance and location, including the distance to the TV towers, terrain, obstacles, weather, areas with large obstructions such in valleys, mountains, etc, will reduce effective range. 

2.Check to make sure you have correctly connected the HD antenna to the tv.

3.Move the antenna, find a good signal receiving place without any obstacle and re-scan for channels.

4. Strongly recommended without obstacles such as big trees, buildings or hills. Do not place the antenna in the basement or low-lying areas where the radio signal is very poor.
