Operation:
1.Before using the digital food thermometer, please peel-off the protected film on the front panel.
2.To start the measurement, unfold the probe from its housing and the LCD will immediately display the temperature.
3.The default display units are Fahrenheit. If you are willing to change it to Celsius, please push the C/F key.
4.Data-hold: Before withdrawing from food, press "HOLD" key. This will hold the temperature reading until pressed again.
5.To display the minimum or the maximum temperature, push the "HOLD" key for 3 seconds. It will firstly display the saved maximum temperature. By clicking again the "HOLD" key, the display will show the minimum saved temperature.
6.To enable light on the screen, press the light button. It will turn off after several seconds.

➤Wash the metal probe in soapy water.
➤Do not completely immerse the digital thermometer in water for minutes.
