The dispenser door gasket (048926-F2) in Taylor soft serve machines are used to create an air tight seal between the dispenser door and the soft serve machine's freezing cylinder openings. This prevents liquid product from leaking from back of dispenser door. If leakage occurs, it may be time to replace your dispenser door gasket.
