Dixon MA300 Aluminum Hose Fitting, King Short Shank Suction Coupling, 3" NPSM Male x 3" Hose ID Barbed

This Dixon MA300 water fitting is an aluminum King short shank suction male coupler for connecting to a female coupler to join two hoses of the same size. It has a hose barb on one end for connecting to hoses and male National Standard Free-Fitting Straight Mechanical Pipe (NPSM) threads on the other for connecting to female threaded pipes or fittings. This fitting is made of aluminum for resistance to corrosion and tarnishing and is lightweight for use in applications where material weight is a consideration. The barbed fitting creates a tight seal on flexible and semi-rigid tubing when used with a hose clamp, crimp sleeve, or ferrule (not included).
