If a material or workmanship defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dog & Bone will replace the case or accessory only. Dog & Bone cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse or improper care and maintenance of case and Membrane. set forth in the Warranty section of the company website. Company warrants: (i) if the Guidelines for Appropriate Use (GAU) are followed the Product will perform substantially in accordance to the specifications furnished by Company; and further warrants: (ii) the Product against substantial defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase (“Limited Warranty”). This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser.
