Eagle Scout is the highest rank in Scouting. To earn Eagle a Scout must demonstrate excellence in leadership, service, outdoor skills, and must earn at least 21 merit badges as well as plan, develop, and provide leadership to others. Very few Scouts make it all the way through the rank of Eagle. This coin honors those few who have achieved this outstanding honor. This obverse coin features the Eagle Scout Rank Insignia in red, white and blue. The reverse side features a space for engraving.
