Preparation Method: Step1 - Mix 4-5 tsp of Eastern instant palappam podi with 1/4 cup of water; boil till it becomes thick pulp. Step2 - Add the pulp, 4 tbsps of sugar, 1/2 tbsp of salt, 1 glass of milk (coconut) and 5 glass water to 1/2 kg Eastern instant palappam podi. Step 3 - Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a mixer and keep for an hour. Make delicious palappams.
You can also store this pan cake mix in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and use when required.
