I really like Mark Hyman’s book. I have read it cover to cover several times. The book is excellent. I learned a lot from reading it and following the guidelines of the diet is helping me achieve my health and weight loss goals. I highly recommend this book.
However, I felt I needed more recipes so it would be easier to stay with the diet. So I got to work in my kitchen. The recipes in this book are the best of what I came up with and my family enjoyed the most. I am happy now to be sharing these with you.
