Eaton's capture's the true taste of Jamaica and the West Indies in this Scotch Bonnet version of their Jerk Seasonings. Use Eaton's Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Jerk Seasoning on chicken, pork, beef, fish and vegetables! Recommended Use: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat. Soy sauce may be added to create a marinade for extra flavor and color. Rub seasoning into meat and let stamd for 1hr or more prior to cooking.
