The Fallot family of Beaune, France has been producing some of the world's best mustard since 1840. The Fallot Mustard Mill is the last independent mill in Burgundy, and it is still housed on it's original location near Dijon. Still adhering to traditional methods, their mustards are sought after by both chefs and descriminate home cooks. Although they are grounded in the traditional (dijon & grain), they also make a wonderful array of products that reflect wonderful combinations of flavors & textures.
