Read all the cooking instructions thoroughly.
1.Fill a pot with enough cold water . (add an additional 1/2 inch of water to allow room for evaporation ).
   Heat water over high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
2.When egg cups have been sufficiently oiled, fill each with the egg/egg recipe and close the lid by twisting it clockwise.
3.Hold egg cups by the top loop of the lid and place egg cups gently into boiling water. The pot may be covered if preferred.
4.When cooked, remove egg cups with tongs. Place in cold water to cool.
5.To remove egg, squeeze out or run tip of spoon around inside of cup between the egg and cups,to release.
