TOPGREENER 705507 rectangular floor box cover with 20A tamper and weather resistant duplex receptacle. This floor box kit is tamper and weather resistant with two 20 amp tamper resistant outlets. It comes with a watertight and corrosion resistant gasket to ensure a long life and reliable performance. Floor boxes are installed where an outlet is frequently needed, such as your kitchen counter top or meeting room, but is not near a wall; not only do they add a nice touch to your home, but they also minimize clutter from wires. The junction box included in this floor box kit is made out of pre galvanized steel and has 10 pre-cut knockouts for dynamic wiring: 2 knockouts on each side of the box along with an additional 2 on the bottom. Then, just pull up on the respective receptacle window. Closing it is just as easy - just push down on the windows and turn the center lock back to its original position. This floor box kit is designed for uses such as tile, hard wood, and carpet flooring applications, and also is great for marble and granite counter tops. The brass finish of the cover makes this a great choice for any dark colored carpets, desks, or even production stages as it gives you the functionality you need, while adding a nice contrast to the ground or counter. The floor box cover in this kit has been treated by polishing, passivation, and painting to keep it looking clean and new. To open this floor box, simply insert a small coin or flat head screwdriver into the locking center piece, then turn until both receptacle windows are released.
