How To Use:
-Place belt so that it rests below the hips, aligning the back seam of the belt with your back.
-Overlap both loose ends of the belt around the body and pull ends to achieve desired fit.
-Fasten the velcro, making sure belt is snug> yet not too tight and finally pull the 2 elastic fasteners for added support.
Please note:
A sacroiliac belt can be worn without the hazards of muscle weakness, like we see with back braces. This is why we suggest to wear the brace as regularly as possible even 24 hours a day with no adverse effects.
