INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION

1. Skin should be clean and free of oil/makeup

2. Cut out desired Tattoo and remove clear protective top sheet

3.Press Tattoo firmly onto clean dry skin, with tattoo design facing toward skin

4. Hold wet cloth against the back of the tattoo, press down and make sure to wet the entire tattoo thoroughly - Don't be shy with the water!

5. Wait 45 seconds, and slowly peel off paper backing

6. Gently rinse with water for best effect

7. Wait 5 minutes for everything to completely dry.
