FASS Fuel Air Separation System Titanium-Series 150gph 05-12 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9L 6.7L Diesel - T D07 150G -
The Titanium Series uses the same blueprint as our HD Series just in a smaller package. It is designed for the pickup while utilizing all the best features of the HD series. Built into a smaller compact version, the Titanium Series offers flow rates up to 220gph. This size difference allows you to tuck the pump closer to the frame for better clearance and less visibility without sacrificing any of the features known to FASS systems. The same motor used on the HD Series (class 8 applications) is also used on our Titanium Series, proving once again that quality is #1 at FASS.
FASS Fuel Systems, have over 19 years experience in building the "Quietest" highest quality Fuel Air Separation Systems and electric diesel fuel pumps available worldwide.
Fass has a patented process that removes air/vapor with one efficient method while our competitor uses two methods. The Fass process allows for more consistent fuel pressure to be maintained while providing the ability to use more of the fuel filter capacity than our competitor. The use of two methods with the competitors product shortens the useable life of the low quality fuel filter while fuel pressure drops quicker. This is due to the simple fact that the air is bled off on the dirty side of the fuel filter, causing an undesirable loss in fuel pressure as the filter clogs.
The mass volume return of the Fass continually "polishes" the fuel as all of the fuel exiting has passed through the fuel filter. The Fass polishes the fuel at the GPH rating of the fuel pump thus giving your fuel injection system the cleanest fuel possible. The more times the fuel passes through the filter the cleaner the fuel.
Over the years Fass has gathered fuel mileage data from pickup and semi customers running a FASS system. The increase in fuel mileage will typically vary between 8 - 12%.
Many conservative driving FASS customers experience an average gain in fuel economy of 2 - 3mpg increase. Typically saving $300 - $900 per year.
