Our double cord stop design accommodates two pieces of 4mm/ 0.157 inch cord or one 1/4-inch cord. The plastic mold is made from virgin Delrin, a crystalline plastic that offers an excellent balance of properties that bridge the gap between metals and plastics. This is the highest grade performance polyamide resin and is designed with strength in mind. It possesses high tensile strength, creep resistance and toughness, with a holding strength of 2 to 3 pounds +/- 15%. It also exhibits low moisture absorption and is chemically resistant to hydrocarbons, solvents and neutral chemicals. You could take a sledge hammer to our cord locks and they wouldn't break. Our top quality stainless steel cord lock spring took three months to develop, and you can be sure it will not lose its memory or strength over time.
