> Boiling water - heat with this kind of method for 5 to 10 minutes. Use a tong to remove the pack out from the water
> Microwave - heated 30s, adjust the time according to the microwave power. Once desired heat is achieved, remove from the machine gently knead the soft gel just so to even out the heat.
Avoid overheating the soft gel packs
