In this installment of the Killer History series, we explore some really evil dudes. We look at a few of the world's most notorious world leaders. While we do not provide a complete list of every world dictator, we do cover a few of the more colorful tyrants that caused pain and suffering to their people!

There is an old saying that the study of history boils down to the pursuit of sex, money, and power. In this installment of the Killer History series, we examine a few of the more notorious dictators of the past and present. In terms of these men, and yes they were all men, they took the pursuit of the sex, money, and power to new levels.
It is hard to imagine that any of these fellows had childhood dreams of world domination. Ok, maybe a few did have that dream such as Napoleon or Hitler.

Many of them started out with good intentions to protect the working class, or proletariat, from the Bourgeoisie, aka upper class elite or, in layman's terms, snobs. However, somewhere along their power journey their vision became corrupted. This leads me to another common observation about the study of history: absolute power corrupts absolutely!

Disclaimer, if you are more comfortable with a politically correct examination of the historical record, you may prefer another book. However, if you can appreciate the lighter side of history, can laugh at the human bias, and frailties of historical figures then you are in the right place. If you prefer your history dull and boring then this is not the book for you.
