About me
I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for 20 years. During this time I have been a personal trainer to bodybuilders, triathletes and fitness models.
Through my work I have helped hundreds of people lose fat and improve their lives with nutrition.
Why I wrote this book
Most nutritional books over simplify and confuse the average person on nutritional facts and fat loss.
I wrote this book to explain basic nutrition and provide the reader with a simplified version, which anyone can understand
Diets and Fads
Grapefruit diet, Cabbage soup diet, Atkins diet, Dukan diet, Cookie diet, The master cleanse, HCG diet, Raw food diet, Zone diet, Paleo diet, the list goes on and on.
These are useless fads that provide little or no help to the person trying to lose weight and keep the weight off.
Like with any other calorie restrictive diet you will lose weight, some of the weight loss will be fat, but also you will lose muscle and water.
But that’s not the worse part of the story. Once you have stopped the “diet†you will put all the weight back on. Plus, your body having been through starvation will produce extra fat cells and store more fat than you had before. So the person goes back on the “diet†and the cycle continues again.
Why is my book different?
This book has been described as "a breath of fresh air" in the fitness community. I have written this book with the sole intention of giving the reader just the basic information needed to lose fat, there are no gimmicks, no lies, just the plain truth.
