Carbide Rasp for oscillating tools for wood, stone and other materials. Perfect for grinding down thin set after removing a bad or broken tile. Use the Rasp to remove the thin set so you may lay the new tile flush with the other pieces. The 3-1/8" tip to tip rasp is an aggressive sanding head bonded with silicone carbide. The carbide rasp is cleanable for reuse when it gets overloaded which provides for longer life of the rasp. Also used extensively for grinding quickly old paint off wood or metal then sanded back over with sandpaper to restore the finish. The Starlock systems allows you to fit this on most oscillating tools.
