REFLEX BALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- For beginners the black foam ball is recommended.
- Adjust elastic rope to arm’s length and tie it to the headband ring.
- Once you are comfortable with the length the excess can be trimmed.
- Put on padded gloves and wrap strap around wrist.
- Gently punch the ball downwards at the beginning and slowly increase elevation and force.
- As skills increase move on to the red rubber ball.
