A:Please charge the fitness tracker, it may out of battery.When the phone out of the bluetooth range,the fitness tracker will not sync with the APP,please reconnect the fitness tracker with the "Veryfit 2.0" APP.
Q:It doesn't chargeÂ
A:Customer may not charge in correct way, when it charge successfully,it will show the battery volume increasing,the three pin of charger need to connect with fitness tracker back pin. Also the charger may damage on the transportation,in this condition,we are willing to send new charger for free to our customer.
Q:Item defective or doesn't workÂ
