These days a great number of us suffer from numerous symptoms called â€žchronicâ€ or â€žautoimmuneâ€ diseases. The general public is totally unaware of their simple reasons due to suppressed information.

We are being constantly lied. Knowledge of autoimmune and chronic diseases is not disclosed. The mainstream medicine is a well organized business and it is not about health, but money, not to mention other deeply hidden agendas. As such, the mainstream medicine does not honour its commitments. We are also guilty - of being naive. Though the reasons why we suffer are not complicated, there is a basic condition to cope with them. We are to acknowledge our personal responsibility for our health. Nothing good can happen unless this simple condition is fulfilled.

This work presents my views on reasons of autoimmune diseases and what actions should be carried out. Also, what should be changed in our mental attitude towards health matters. I disclose some medical lies and describe in detail, what should be done to start regaining health.

This book is a kind of a â€žhealth manualâ€, based on a several year quest I have done. It explains, why rarely do we get help at the doctorâ€™s. Having exchanged numerous emails with people who have read my other books and having a lot of phone conversations with them, I have gathered information and made sure the methods presented here work. I have positively, personally researched the long term influence of applying procedures depicted here. I also invoke researches - done by good science representatives, and indicate, that the â€žacademicâ€ medicine is not interested in applying scientifical discoveries.

Reading this work may show that the truth is really at oneâ€™s fingertips, if we decide to accept independent thinking and stop trusting the wrong people.

There are some basic, necessary conditions - one must start trusting oneself, claiming oneâ€™s intelectual and spiritual sovereignty. A bit of courage is necessary, too. One must acknowledge, that in this world being healthy needs being streetwise. Everybody is personally responsible for their health. This may be difficult, but once you accept this truth, you have done the most difficult thing. The basic procedures and rules to comply with, are in this book.

What you may like is the fact that the methods depicted here are practical. You are going to learn what, why and how. Particular procedures are presented. If you decide to follow them, you will start a new path, the path of change.

I do not have much esteem towards political correctness. I simply depict things as they are, calling a lie by name. The informational reality we live in is based on deception, but do we have to play their game?

You may find information in this book as being in opposition to your belief system. If your belief system is based on the mainstreamâ€™s propaganda, this book may be not for you.

â€œOurâ€ healthcare does not even touch reasons of â€œdiseasesâ€ - as they like to call numerous symptoms of not so numerous causes. They love to deal with just the symptoms instead. Preferably to the very end of our shortened lives. Notice, how eager they are to radiate and then remove a Basedowâ€™s disease patientâ€™s thyroid - he/she is then doomed to buy synthetic hormones till the very end. Why not to heal the hyperactive thyroid? There are physicians who heal such diseases.
