- WAKE UP - The weighted balls are made Neon Orange to stimulate the players vision.
- HIT & THROW WITH MORE POWER - The weighted balls are 1 LB each (16 ounces) and 3 inch diameter which requires the players to focus and hit threw the ball. The weighted balls can also be used to do arm exercises but should not be used for overhand throwing.
- INSTANT FEEDBACK - The weighted balls will give the player instant feedback if the ball was hit correctly. If not hit correctly the balls will not travel very far.
- TRAIN ANYWHERE - Because of the weight of the balls they do not travel very far. This allows the balls to be used almost in any location including indoors and outdoors.
- AIR VALVE TO PUMP UP BALLS - If the balls become deflated or not round they are able to be pumped back up with a normal pump!
