This Flat Beater Blade is additional attachment to KitchenAid electric mixers which comprehensively mixes, scrapes, incorporates and lifts up all the cooking batter, thereby eradicating the need to switch off your mixer every time to scrape the bowl and clean the batter build-up by hand. Measuring about 6.5 x 6 x 0.8 inches, this blade is designed to be specially used with KitchenAid 4.5qt or 5qt bowl tilt-head mixers and is not compatible if the mixer doesn't fit the required size. It attaches to only specific mixer models such as: 

K45, K45SS, KSM75, KSM90, KSM95, KSM100, KSM103, KSM110, KSM150, KSM151, KSM152,  KSM15E1X, KSM8, KSM9，KSM16 

The flex edge beater contains an enhanced power blade that is protected with a rubber wing down the entire length of its sides that automatically scrapes the edges and bottom of the bowl and moreover mixing the batter on a potential speed. It reduces whole lot of human effort and saves plenty of time by speeding up the entire process up to 50 percent. Another advantage of using the flat beater is that it abolishes the need to continuously turn off and on the mixer to clean the blade thereby reducing the wear of the motor.
