Straight from the forest. We collect chanterelles directly from our local Chanterelle mushroom pickers and dry them immediately. In this way we ensure quality of the chanterelle as the time period between mushrooms harvesting and drying is very short.
Slowly dried. Chanterelles are dried at a low temperature with air circulation to preserve their natural flavor and aroma. This drying method using air circulation of a low temperature is more beneficial - more nutrients are saved and color is very close to a natural Chanterelles.
European Union product. Chanterelles are hand-picked, dried and carefully packed in Lithuania according to European Union standards.
Packed in transparent packaging. Chanterelle mushrooms are carefully sorted and packed in transparent and recyclable packaging. When buying mushrooms it is very important to see how the product looks like.
Long shelf life. Slowly dried chanterelle mushrooms have a significantly longer shelf life than the fresh ones. In addition slowly dried chanterelles keep most of the nutrients and tastes wonderful with the dishes where fresh chanterelles would be used.
