Established in 1935 by the Christy family, the camp operated peacefully until the summer of 1957, when Pamela Voorhees was hired as the cook. After her special needs son Jason was bullied by the campers that summer, his presumed drowning started a chain of events that has stained the once beautiful countryside with a trail of blood of all who date to enter...
