- Material: This Fusion Climb FP-8145 Kura 8 descender is made of a lightweight yet high strength aluminum, finished with an anodized process. The Anodizing finish increases the resistance to corrosion and wear, making for an exceptionally durable finish.
- Feature: Your descender is used to create a friction brake—designed for descending ropes. This figure 8 silhouette offers maximum control over rope—while also making it easier to manage heavier loads.
- Feature: The bent ears seen on either side of the descender allows the user the ability to tie off the rope and use both hands freely. While still maintaining a safe and easy use.
- Feature: Offering middle a middle slot to maintain and decrease heat—while also extending the overall lifespan of your rope.
- SPECS: This descender has a rated strength of 45 kN, with dimension of 6.7” X 6.7”. With an inside diameter of 2.7” and 1.5”. TAA Approved.
