Just add hot water to enjoy. Dissolve in half-measure of hot water and pour over ice for iced instant coffee. Asian instant coffee producers have been adding collagen to beverages for perceived skin support and health, and this product follows this trend with approximately 1 gram of collagen protein added per serving.
