This handy spray-on aerosol formula is ideal for harder to reach areas, doesn't require any paint brushes for application, and is great for small projects, touching up rusty spots and hard-to-paint surfaces. Lightly wire brush any loose rust and scaling from the metal surface then spray several thin coats of Rust Converter directly onto the rusty surface. Apply four coats for maximum coverage. The treated surface is primed and ready to paint with an oil-based paint in 48 hrs or can be left unpainted if not exposed to outdoor elements.
