How To Tie A Oblong Scarf:
The european loop: Simple to pull off, and looks great. 1. fold the scarf in half lengthwise. 2. Drape it around your neck. 3. Slide both ends through the loop draped on the opposite shoulder. 4. Center the knot at the front.
The BT standard: For the adventurous 1. Fold the scarf in half lengthwise. 2. Drape it around your neck. 3. Slide one end under and through the loop. 4. Slide the other end over and through the loop. 5. Tighten and fluff, adjusting as needed.
The loose cascade: This draped method opens the scarf a little and highlights the tie-dye design. 1. loop the scarf around your neck twice, with one end shorter than the other. 2. Grab one corner of the longer end, and tuck it into the oppoite shoulder. 3. Adjust as needed.
The twist: 1. Start with the basic loop. 2. Take one end and begin twisting it around the existing loop several times, ending at the center front. 3. Mirror the twist with the oter end on the opposite side, working towards the certer. 4. Arrange the shorter ends at center front. 5. Adjust as needed.
The infinity: 1. Begin by tying the ends of the scarf together, creating a large loop. 2. Hang the loop over your neck, situating the knot at the back. 3. Twist the scarf and layer it a second or third time over your head, covering and hiding the knot.
