Gardirect Bee Hotel is a great way to help boost the population of bees in your garden. Bees are probably the most important pollinators for crops and other plants. Unfortunately, many bee species are declining due to the loss of their nesting and feeding habitats. Not all bees live in hives, and this bee hotel mimics the conditions suitable for non aggressive and non swarming solitary bees who like to nest in tiny spaces ranging from hollow stems to holes in deadwood. The wooden stems in the bee hotel are of different lengths that add authenticity to the habitat.

Installation tips:

Place your bee hotel in a sheltered spot away from the prevailing wind.
Solitary bees prefer a spot in direct sunlight, while most other insects like where it's slightly damp.
If you have a large flower bed, pond or hedge where there is already abundant wildlife, you will find your hotel to be filled up quickly if sited near these areas.

By attracting solitary bees to your garden is not only safe, but also beneficial in pollination of the flowers, fruits and vegetables in your garden.
