Texture and Usage
The texture of coconut butter is highly dependent on temperature, consisting of 65% pure coconut oil which has a melting point of 76F. In such case, some of the oil will most likely separate. Our coconut butter is simply 100% pure organic coconut. If any separation occurs just warm it up, stir, and let cool for a creamy taste and a perfect texture. Gopal’s organic coconut butter always stays fresh and creamy in the glass jar with lid.
