Remastered at Abbey Road Studios by Peter Mew, these are ultra-rare and historic recordings (Karen Dalton only released 2 LPs) and they also prove K. Dalton s influence on her famous friends and peers (Bob Dylan, Fred Neil, Tim Buckley, Tim Hardin). As close as one will ever get to hearing the record Karen Dalton would have made in 1963. The unusual CD packaging with gatefold jacket is similar to '60s heavy cardboard LP jacket that includes an 8 page booklet with beautiful, newly unearthed photos of Karen Dalton from 1962-3 and liner notes by Dick Weissman.
