We've taken the best all-around 15" planer and added a 4-row spiral cutterhead with indexable carbide inserts for the best surface finishe money can buy. Just like the Model G0453, you'll appreciate the built-in mobile base, adjustable bed rollers, two-speed automatic board feed, and solid cast iron extension wings. We've also upgraded the controls to a pedestal-mounted magnetic switch. If you're looking for a great all-around 15" planer, this is the one! Note on replacement inserts: For models manufactured April, 2015 and later, use H7319 replacement inserts. For models manufactured March, 2015 and earlier, use T21348 replacement inserts.
