Guardian angel window guards stack vertically for child safety for wide or tall slider windows or casement windows. Ga2335-43 is an egress window guard that snaps into mounting bars. Three bars protect 13 to 17.25 inches wide or high and from 23 to 35 inches wide or high. Remove window bars from mounts by simultaneously pushing two safety release buttons on each side of the guard. Bar spacing of 3 7/8": Exceeds 4" to 5" safety standards. Four inch space when two mounting bars are butted together for multiple window guard mounting. Remove window guards from inside or outside. Made for inside installation. Tested to withstand up to 150 pounds of pressure in locked position. Made in USA from strong tubular steel powder-coated with unleaded paint. Note: Please measure carefully for correct size. Conforms to American society for testing and material standards (astm f2090-01a) and recognized by the U.S. Consumer products and safety commission. Conforms to most local fire and building codes for egress type window guards. Meets Massachusetts building codes: 780cmr 3603.14.2.2 and 780 cmr 1010.4.
