A clean gun makes for a clean install. The vinyl kit comes with pre-cut pieces for the left and right sides and one additional piece for the slide or barrel. The kit is generic and requires the user to trim along the edge of your gun for the perfect fit. Use a sharp hobby knife to cut along the edge of the gun and remove the excess material. It's also helpful to use a heat gun or blow dryer on the vinyl in order to make it flexible and easily conformable. Heat also sets the material and establishes the lasting bond when pressed firmly with your fingers. The vinyl kit will fit most semi-auto, revolver type pistols.
