Troubleshooting Tips

There is no video:
1.Make sure the camera is connected to the USB port
2.Go into devices in the control panel. There should be an icon that says "USB 2.0 PC CAMERA"
3. Go into Device Manager. Click on the + next to Imaging Devices. You should see "USB 2.0 PC CAMERA"

There is no audio from the microphone:
1. Make sure the 3.5mm jack on the camera is plugged into the microphone port
2. Right-click on the volume control in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then click on recording device. There should be a green next to microphone
3. If it is still not picking up voice, make sure it is plugged into the main microphone jack of the computer.

The lights are not on:
1. Make sure the dial on the cord is turned up
