This plumber pad is made of tear-resistant PAN fiber and has a temperature resistance of 1800Â°F (982Â°C). This material is best used as a shield blanket and is not designed to withstand prolonged contact with a hot object. This scratch-free material works well when covering fragile pieces or working on delicate surfaces.
