Without this front-end Knowledge, a physician cannot aspire to be a great surgeon. When it comes to surgery, this book stands as an exquisitely detailed blueprint of how to do it from ones surgeons perspective, with all the attendant biases to which I will fully admit. However, in my estimation multi-author projects can inherently lead to confusion on the readers part of how exactly to perform a given procedure.
