For your baked goods -- for gifts -- these paper-based loaf pans work! No need to grease. However, if you want a quicker release, pre-greasing with a spray oil like Canola works well. Four pin-size holes help with ventilation and shouldn't affect the end result at all. We've experienced no leakage using thicker batters like pumpkin, banana, zucchini, etc., for wonderful breads. Pie-crust-based baked goods such as chicken pot pies, apple, etc., should work equally as well! Temperatures up to 400 degree Fahrenheit work well as does freezing and then re-heating. Enjoy!
