Letting go of your old unhappy ways isn’t easy because they are comfortable. You feel secure knowing you will be miserable tomorrow. That sounds crazy, but you feel like you have a lot less to lose when you are already unhappy.
When you finally start to allow yourself to be happy there will be a lot of letting go to do but all for the right reasons.
