These gel based (colour of the gel may vary) warming pads are a great value as they are Reusable upto at least a 100 times....... They start generating heat instantly as soon as the metal piece in the liquid is flexed. Simply click and as the crystallization starts (wonderful to see), slip the pads into you glove or inside your sock to provide comforting warmth....... Use directly on the skin or under a covering like a glove or a scarf for longer warming.......... Warmth would last from about 30 minutes to as much as an hour or two depending upon the insulation............... The volcanic scalar pendent simultaneously provides Energy healing as it is rich in Negative Ions and works along with the heat treatment...................To re-use, the crystals must be liquefied once again............ For this, put the pad in the cotton pouch; then put the pouch in water and set to boil...........**Colour of the Gel may vary** CAUTION: Never put the pads directly in boiling water as the plastic covering can get singed upon touching the hot vessel walls. Boil only after putting in cotton pouch............. Boiling will return the crystals to liquid form............... All crystals must become liquid otherwise the crystallization will start once again. A boiling time of about 10 minutes should be sufficient......
