The Heck Industries Model S Turbo-Burr is a pneumatic-powered handheld deburring machine with a closed-bottom V-block and is made in USA. The solid carbide burr cuts a 45-degree edge onto almost any material (including stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, and composites) with a 0.015" minimum thickness. The machine requires 60 to 120 psi air pressure and removes material at up to approximately 2 inches per second. The closed V-block guides a workpiece for controlled deburring and edging. Two included adjustment wrenches store within the handle for organization and quick access.
