- 1 oz each: Birch bark, Wild Cherry bark, and 1/2 oz ea Juniper berries, Sarsaparilla (cut varies), Dandelion root and (Ceylon) Cinamon stick ( 2 sticks maybe 3 small these are bigger sticks)
