Low priced collection of tracks from the popular East Coast "Beach Music" group who released many uptempo popular R&B hits in the 1960's. Atlanta's Tams found an audience in regional markets, but were unable to break the fascination with the Motown sound of the time to be able to expand their audience nationwide because their label didn't have the muscle that Berry Gordy did. Still, the group delivered several times with "Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy", "What Kind of Fool Do You Think I Am" and "Hey Girl Don't Bother Me".
