This product warranty is for materials and workmanship only. High Sierra is not responsible for labor to install, or replace product, or other incidental or consequential costs, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, nor shall it apply to our products upon which repairs or alterations have been made by other than an authorized High Sierra representative. In no event shall the liability of High Sierra exceed the purchase price of the product. Furthermore, installing using pliers, pipe wrenches, or any object that causes damage to the product will automatically void the warranty.
