Honey Feast Mangrove honey comes from the Mangrove tree. These trees can be found along the Florida coast and islands. Mangrove honey is a farmers market favorite honey due to its rich taste and light character. Every May to June the mangroves bloom creating this delicious honey. Hives are moved to the areas of the Mangrove bloom to create this unique honey. A Florida original. USA honey! Our honey is more than just Raw and Unfiltered Honey! We donâ€t heat the honey either. Our honey is cold packed right from the hive preserving the active enzymes in the honey for superior nutrition and taste. Most honey producers heat the honey to make it last longer on the shelf and speed up bottling. Small batch Hand Crafted Honey. We donâ€t use pipes, conveyors, or any automated equipment. We bottle right from the barrel into the bottle. Our only process is letting the honey naturally drip through a 200 millimeter screen to maximize hive particles in the honey and remove the bee parts and large wax particles. Always look for unheated honey. Our glass jars make it easy to remove crystals from the honey by placing in warm water. Never warm honey in plastic containers it will leach chemicals into your honey. Honey Feast Honey is sold in over 200 Organic Markets and Gourmet retailers. It tastes so good! And is minimally processed to preserve the health benefits of honey! Unheated honey crystallizes quickly. Crystallized honey is a good thing! You can scoop it out in solid form and let it melt in your tea or simply place the glass jar in some warm water for a while and the crystals will melt away restoring the honey to its liquid form. Honey never really expires. They found honey in king tuts tomb that was still good. By keeping the lid on your honey it will last for a very long time. Enjoy!
